Refund policy
At THRDCULT, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our exchange, return, and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please ensure that your registered email address is accurate to receive order updates and tracking information.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer a flexible exchange and return policy.
Customers may initiate an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery.
Return / Exchange Fee
A nominal fee of ₹149 will be applicable on all return and exchange requests.
Exchange & Return Procedure
Once your exchange or return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 2–3 working days, with a maximum of two pickup attempts.
If the pickup attempt is unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for shipping the order back to our warehouse.
Please note: Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area pin code.
Quality Check & Processing
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Once approved, your exchange or return request will be processed further.
Exchange Timeline
The estimated delivery timeline for exchange orders is 7–10 working days after approval.
Size Exchange & Product Availability
If a requested size exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer either:
- An alternative product, or
- A credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.
Refunds
For approved return requests, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note.
The credit note details will be shared with you via email after the quality check has been successfully completed.
Exchange / Return Rejection Conditions
All exchange and return requests are subject to quality inspection by our team.
THRDCULT reserves the right to reject exchange or return requests if:
- The product shows signs of wear or usage
- Original tags, packaging, or dust bags are missing
- The product is damaged or altered
You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed and processed.
Credit Note Validity
All credit notes issued for returns are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Any unused balance after the validity period will automatically expire.
Cancellations
Please note that all sales are final.
As per our policy, we do not accommodate cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing the purchase.
COD Orders
In the event of a declined or rejected Cash on Delivery (COD) package, any prepaid amount associated with the order will not be refundable.
Sale Purchase Policy
All purchases made during sale periods are considered final sale.
Please Note:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.
- No exceptions will be made for size, color, or style exchanges.
- Refunds will not be issued for discounted products purchased during sale events.
- This policy overrides our standard return and exchange policy.

Shipping timelines for sale orders may extend up to 15 days.
By purchasing products during a sale, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Defective / Wrong Article Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
